Join the SIO Resident and Medical Student Section (RMSS) and Constantinos Sofocleous, MD, PhD, FSIR, FCIRSE, for a special edition, virtual journal club. This hour-long session will discuss the research supporting the impact of ablation margins and discuss the ACCLAIM trial. Attendees will have an opportunity to review bite-sized overviews of four foundational papers that inspired the ACCLAIM trial in advance of the event. In this interactive experience, Dr. Sofocleous will walk attendees through this foundational research, and ultimately engage in a group discussion detailing how the ACCLAIM trial was born, and highlighting the overall life cycle of research in an interactive question-and-answer segment.
